Job Description
Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Public Health, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics or data science.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership, advisory, or client-facing consulting role.
- Advanced proficiency in structured query languages and statistical programming tools, including SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare data, including medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility, encounters, labs, and EMR data.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare coding systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into executive-ready insights.
- Proven experience advising client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to financial and strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
