Job Description
Role Description
Responsible for managing daily production (file flow) of designated department, which may include one or more of the following functions: human resources, customer service, and promoting positive influence over Setup Analysts. This is a remote position.
- Responsible for implementing new business development
- Responsible for directing employees in their day-to-day operations
- Sets department goals, including individual potential
- Challenges employees to meet and exceed expectations
- Professionally communicates with other offices and internal departments
- Requires regular and consistent attendance and commitment to work overtime as required
- Assures employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Responsible for all human resources matters for designated department, including addressing any performance issues in a timely, consistent manner
- Provides monthly report to individual reports, to be used as a learning tool
- Track improvement / assist when needed
- Requires regular attendance at and participation in bi-monthly management meeting
- Maintain client files
- Maintain resources (training manuals) used in daily function
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all aspects of communications and performance of duties and ensure designated department complies with HIPAA standards
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
- Assist co-workers or management in accomplishing production goals
- Assist in training
- May perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports
- Participate in training sessions with management or IT
- Participate in sales tour by way of demonstrating department function
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a business office environment
- Supervisory experience a plus
