Role Description

This position is remote, though expected travel to support customers and business needs is approximately 35%.

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer relationships. This role involves:

  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Processing orders
  • Handling returns
  • Promoting heavy equipment parts

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and in-depth product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 3 years of experience in parts sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred college degree
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and order processing systems
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
