Role Description
The Test Resources Associate plays a key operational role in supporting telecom testing activities for international clients. In telecom testing environments, engineers and project teams require:
- SIM cards
- Data packages
- Network access resources
to test mobile devices and telecom infrastructure in different countries. The Test Resources Associate ensures that these resources are:
- Available
- Tracked
- Managed efficiently
This role focuses on:
- Operational coordination
- Resource management
- Documentation
- Structured follow-up of requests
It is well suited for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured processes and operational tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and operational procedures.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate home working setup.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, operations, or administrative coordination roles.
- Exposure to telecommunications, IT environments, or technical service operations.
- Experience using ticketing systems or operational tracking tools.
- Experience working in remote or international environments.
