What we're looking for:
- Creating a vision, strategy and territory plan to achieve revenue goals and ensure success.
- Communication is key; grasp concepts quickly and make the complex easy to understand.
- Motivate and lead teams without direct reporting relationships to drive territory strategy.
- Understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective.
- Experience in sales functions such as developing forecasts and advancing a pipeline.
- Increase results to identify new ways to grow our business and expand partnerships.
- Prioritize accountability and building trust with teammates and customers.
What you'll do:
- Manage current clients and new business development/sales in the Indirect space across multiple markets.
- Prospecting and developing relationships with existing clients.
- Offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
- Negotiate annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.
This is a remote position covering a territory within the United States. You will report to the Specialized Partner Director.
Qualifications
- Successful sales experience with overachievement in selling complex solutions at the executive level.
- Business to business sales experience in an indirect model.
- Background in Financial Wellness, Credit Education, Credit Monitoring, and Fraud.
- Industry experience in Indirect, Financial Services, and Partnerships.
- Background in risk management and familiarity with the credit education industry.
- Understanding of corporate financial priorities and initiatives to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
- Minimum of 4 years of relationship management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Travel required.
