Role Description

What we're looking for:

  • Creating a vision, strategy and territory plan to achieve revenue goals and ensure success.
  • Communication is key; grasp concepts quickly and make the complex easy to understand.
  • Motivate and lead teams without direct reporting relationships to drive territory strategy.
  • Understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective.
  • Experience in sales functions such as developing forecasts and advancing a pipeline.
  • Increase results to identify new ways to grow our business and expand partnerships.
  • Prioritize accountability and building trust with teammates and customers.

What you'll do:

  • Manage current clients and new business development/sales in the Indirect space across multiple markets.
  • Prospecting and developing relationships with existing clients.
  • Offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
  • Negotiate annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.

This is a remote position covering a territory within the United States. You will report to the Specialized Partner Director.

Qualifications

  • Successful sales experience with overachievement in selling complex solutions at the executive level.
  • Business to business sales experience in an indirect model.
  • Background in Financial Wellness, Credit Education, Credit Monitoring, and Fraud.
  • Industry experience in Indirect, Financial Services, and Partnerships.
  • Background in risk management and familiarity with the credit education industry.
  • Understanding of corporate financial priorities and initiatives to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relationship management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Travel required.
