Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and accounting close processes
- Solid understanding of balance sheet and income statement accounts and account usage
- Experience preparing account reconciliations and journal entries
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, IF statements)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Comfort working with large volumes of transactions in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred; SAP a plus)
- Interest in leveraging automation, AI, and process improvement tools
