Job Requirements
- 7 or more years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Healthcare management
- Pharmacy operations leadership
- Strategic sourcing and category strategy
- Business analytics and decision-support tool development
- Financial modeling and savings analysis
- Public speaking and executive communication
- Cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
- Health-system pharmacy operations, including inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory pharmacy services
- Pharmacy technology and automation, including dispensing systems, automated dispensing cabinets, carousel systems, outpatient dispensing technology, IV workflow technologies, IV robotics, and related infrastructure
- Pharmacy compounding experience, including sterile, nonsterile, and hazardous drug operations
- Evaluating pharmacy suppliers, outsourcing facilities, technology vendors, and/or operational service providers
- Development of operational toolkits, comparative analyses, calculators, or other member-facing decision-support resources
- Hospital and health-system experience
