Duties and Responsibilities
Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
Planning and scheduling repairs.
Overseeing and maintaining vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
Inspecting the condition of tools and equipment.
Transport material.
Install and maintain shelving and storage.
Trash containment.
Oversee general upkeep of the building.
Qualifications
Have a high school diploma or equivalency.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the assignment.
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Certified to operate a forklift
Ability to work individually as well as with others as a team.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Frequently required to walk a long distance and stand for long periods of time.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, or kneel.
Occasionally required to operate the equipment. Must be certified.
Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds or more on occasion.
Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
May be exposed to extreme heat or cold depending on the location and phase of the project.
