Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5-7 years of experience supporting users through technical support of the applications, developing procedures and reporting tools, facilitating and coordinating training and other technical support.
- Three (3) years of experience in financial services strongly preferred.
- Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals to meet business requirements and budget constraints preferred.
- Experience working with regulatory, privacy, security, and associated laws, rules, and regulations, including all applicable standards preferred.
