• Provide day-to-day technical support and administration of the core HR system, resolving queries and ensuring appropriate system access. • Partner with regional HR System Administrators to monitor and resolve system issues via shared service channels. • Lead and support reporting requirements, including designing and developing HR dashboards and analytics solutions. • Support testing activities in the HRIS Sandbox environment for new releases, enhancements, and updates. • Assist with global performance and reward cycles (e.g., annual review and bonus processes). • Conduct regular data audits and quality checks, collaborating with regional teams to maintain data accuracy and compliance. • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR processes through system optimization. • Facilitate system change initiatives in partnership with People teams and business stakeholders. • Develop user guidance, training materials, and best-practice documentation. • Stay up to date with emerging system functionality and HR technology trends.
