Job Description

• Assists with the governance and oversight of the Global Property portfolio • Work closely with leaders across the enterprise as part of the referral pathway • Establish underwriting standards, guidelines, manuscript endorsements, forms and filings, pricing strategy, reinsurance usage • Analyze trends to promote profitable growth • Overall management, analysis and monitoring of a global portfolio, specializing in Middle Market

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of underwriting experience in property/package underwriting
  • Strong coverage knowledge in these lines
  • Skill in assessing exposures to loss, loss analysis and pricing
  • Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline
  • Typically a minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with five years management experience
  • Industry certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred
