Do you have a passion for wellness and for coaching people to drive change in their behavior? We will be adding a health coach to our telephonic health coaching team!
Our coaches help impact positive change in lifestyle decisions by helping individuals set and achieve goals that target:
- Fitness
- Nutrition
- Weight
- Stress
- Health
- Management of life issues
The coaching is a telephonic and e-coaching intervention program driven by comprehensive Health Risk Assessment results. Our health professionals review the participant’s report and work with the individual telephonically to help him or her set personal goals and establish strategies to succeed in accomplishing these goals.

The Behavioral Health Case Manager I performs case management telephonically and/or via home visits within the scope of licensure for members needing behavioral health and substance abuse disorder services. The Care Coordinator will develop, implement, and monitor Person Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) for members with complex needs, including behavioral health and developmental disabilities. Key duties involve collaborating with members, families, and providers to ensure appropriate, person-centered care and address healthcare access barriers.
The primary responsibility is to recruit and assist prospective undergraduate students for OSU Admissions and Recruitment, meeting individual territory and overall enrollment goals by serving as the main point of contact for students and families. This involves conducting outreach through various communication methods, giving presentations, participating in recruitment events, and analyzing territory trends to formulate action plans.
