• Own Salesforce administration and ongoing development • Build and maintain Flows, validations, Apex, and Lightning components • Manage Salesforce security, roles, permissions, and data model • Create reports and dashboards for leadership and end users • Lead Salesforce enhancements, releases, testing, and documentation • Provide user support and training across sales, marketing, and operations • Support and enhance the company’s ERP platform (currently proALPHA) • Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams on ERP workflows • Own integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems • Support ERP-related reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements • Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners as needed • Act as the business-facing owner of enterprise applications • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across departments • Maintain a systems roadmap aligned with business priorities • Collaborate with infrastructure/security teams to ensure compliant system usage
