Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Architecture, or a technical Operations role.
- AI Literacy: Proven experience or a deep interest in applying Generative AI/LLMs to business workflows.
- Advanced Data Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- Visualization & CRM: Proficiency in Tableau/Looker and a strong working knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Process Mapping: Experience with Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro to visualize complex 'current vs. future' states.
