• Manage transaction monitoring alerts and disposition workflows. • Ability to work independently with good time management skills, managing multiple tasks assigned with little to no direction. • Assist the team in tuning exercises, as well as implementation of monitoring rules to prevent and detect money laundering, fraud or other financial crime responding to emerging trends. • Be a mentor for new-hires in onboarding, system setup, and training of processes. • Provide feedback on workflow or system enhancements and implementations.
