Role Description
Level Workforce is seeking an experienced construction leader to serve as Director of Construction Operations while acting as Business Unit Leader for Baseline Building Group, our affiliated construction services platform. This role combines construction operations leadership, development collaboration, and consulting advisory work across the real estate and construction sectors.
- Lead construction operations consulting engagements
- Provide fractional leadership support to client organizations
- Oversee construction delivery for Baseline Building Group
- Manage project performance including budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Develop scalable operational systems and processes
- Mentor project managers and operational staff
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction leadership experience
- Background in general contracting, development, or construction management
- Strong knowledge of project delivery systems and construction financials
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Requirements
- Type: 1099 Contract
- Location: 100% Remote
- Hours: 15–20 hours per week
- Experience Level: 10+ years preferred
- Reports To: CEO
