Role Description

In this high-impact role, you will lead the delivery of the organization’s most critical cross-functional programs, driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution. You will collaborate directly with senior leadership and work across functions including product, supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations. The role requires translating complex strategies into clear roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This position combines strategic thinking with operational execution, giving you visibility across the business and ownership of initiatives that shape the company’s growth and impact. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where clarity, follow-through, and influence without authority are key to success.

  • Own 1–2 of the highest-impact, multi-quarter initiatives at any given time, spanning brand, product, supply chain, digital, and finance functions.
  • Define scope, success metrics, and timelines for strategic initiatives.
  • Build integrated roadmaps and plans while aligning stakeholders and driving decisions.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers proactively to maintain program momentum.
  • Ensure teams are prepared and equipped for successful launches, including operational and physical product complexities.
  • Produce executive-ready artifacts, including briefs, dashboards, and updates to communicate progress clearly.
  • Establish repeatable processes and best practices to improve organizational execution over time.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or products in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience owning roadmaps and delivering initiatives end-to-end, not just coordinating projects.
  • Strong problem-structuring skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated bias toward action with a reputation for follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and levels without formal authority.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, including planning, reporting, and deck preparation.
  • Preferred: Experience in consumer, CPG, beauty, or e-commerce businesses and exposure to packaging, product development, supply chain, or launch operations.
