Role Description

AO Globe Life is actively hiring motivated professionals to support veterans and their families in understanding and accessing supplemental benefit programs. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for transitioning service members, military spouses, and individuals who are passionate about service-focused work while building a long-term career.

All client consultations are pre-scheduled and requested—there is no cold outreach or unsolicited prospecting required.

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families
• Educate clients on supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
• Guide individuals through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
• Provide ongoing support to clients after enrollment when needed
• Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership coaching

Qualifications

• Background in client service, consultative sales, or leadership roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, mission-driven, and coachable mindset
• Familiarity with Zoom, CRM platforms, and digital tools
• Passion for supporting the veteran community

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
