Role Description

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth across a defined territory by managing and coaching a high-performing sales team. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, oversee pipeline management, and ensure that new business, renewals, and expansion goals are consistently met. Acting as a key liaison between sales, clinical, and operations teams, you will foster strong cross-functional collaboration and champion customer success. The role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader capable of motivating teams, analyzing data to inform decisions, and representing the organization externally at industry events. You will influence regional strategy while ensuring operational excellence and long-term customer relationships. Ideal candidates are strategic, analytical, and adept at balancing people management with direct sales oversight.

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed bookings goals across new business, renewals, and expansion.
  • Define and implement territory strategies and account plans to prioritize high-value targets and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract completion, coaching the team in discovery, value selling, and negotiation.
  • Establish KPI-driven accountability, conduct pipeline and deal reviews, and support individual performance improvement plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer outcomes.
  • Represent the organization externally with district leaders and at conferences to build brand credibility and market opportunity.
  • Use data analytics to monitor pipeline health, account metrics, and regional performance to inform strategy and drive results.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales management experience leading teams focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for large territories, including pipeline management and forecast discipline.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track performance and enforce process compliance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support team development, client engagement, and industry events.
  • Experience in EdTech or K–12 sales is a plus but not required.
