This position is 100% remote.

As an Enrollment Specialist at RPM Healthcare, your journey begins with comprehensive training from the comfort of your home, recognizing that a comfortable employee yields superior results. Your role entails:

• Talking to 30-40 patients per day from our partnered medical practices.
• Educating patients on the advantages of remote patient monitoring.
• Facilitating a seamless transition for converted patients to our dedicated care team through efficient internal communication and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• BS/BA is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Additional bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Korean, Italian).
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
