Role Description

Brightways Counseling Group is looking for experienced Licensed Therapists to provide high‑quality telehealth care as independent contractors. This role is ideal for clinicians who want full autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the ability to increase their income simply by choosing to offer more hours, all while having a robust administrative team supporting every step of the process.

If you want to work independently without the hassle of running a private practice, or alongside your private practice, Brightways makes it easy.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence‑based, measurement‑informed care
  • Complete treatment plans every 90 days
  • Complete clinical documentation and submit to receive payment
  • Deliver care via telehealth from a private, secure environment

Qualifications

  • Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy or other qualified degree
  • License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Experience: Providing at least 3 years of behavioral health using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
  • Ability to provide telehealth services
  • Successful background check
  • Must reside in a U.S. state eligible for contracting; currently unable to contract with clinicians residing in CA, NY, MA, NJ or DE

Availability

  • Willing to offer at least 5 available sessions per week
  • You pick the times, you pick the days!

Benefits

  • Weekly Pay: Get paid every week for completed clinical work — no waiting on insurance timelines
  • Competitive Hourly Compensation: Earn $75 per clinical hour
  • Total Flexibility: Work as much or as little as you choose (minimum 5 hours of availability per week)
  • Fully remote — Work from anywhere, within eligible U.S. states, as long as you are licensed in Oregon or able to get licensed in Oregon
  • No required meetings, no required caseload minimums beyond availability
  • We Handle All Administrative Work:
    • All client referrals generated for you
    • All clients pre‑screened before they reach your schedule
    • All scheduling handled by our team
    • Insurance credentialing completed for you
    • Billing, claims submission, and payment reconciliation
    • EHR and telehealth platform provided
