Role Description

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage and grow relationships with existing customers, helping them fully leverage product offerings to drive business impact. As a Pro Account Manager, you will combine consultative sales expertise with strategic business insights to identify upsell opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate agreements that benefit both the customer and organization. You will serve as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product teams while ensuring adoption and utilization of services. This role is highly collaborative, requiring coordination across onboarding, adoption, and customer success teams to deliver measurable value. Success in this position directly contributes to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. You will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where strategic thinking, creativity, and relationship-building are essential.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts to identify upsell opportunities and drive product adoption.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, growth opportunities, and pain points to recommend the appropriate suite of products.
  • Serve as the customer advocate by providing feedback to product teams to influence feature prioritization and improve overall product experience.
  • Accurately assess and forecast sales activity and revenue goals while maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, adoption, and customer success teams to ensure customers are fully leveraging available products and services.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a sales role with quota responsibility.
  • 1–2 years of SaaS or software sales experience preferred, including consultative sales, upselling, and product demonstrations.
  • Experience selling to external customers, including C-suite executives, and managing multiple product lines or services.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker with the ability to adapt to customer needs and solve problems independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience or connections within the home services or construction industry is a plus.
