Role Description

As the Director of Product Management, you will set the strategic vision and direction for the Eligibilities RCM portfolio and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver measurable business and customer impact. You are an experienced product leader with customer empathy, systems thinking, and a track record of scaling SaaS RCM platforms in complex environments – and translating strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.

In this role, you will operate as a portfolio leader – aligning long-term strategy with disciplined execution, building repeatable delivery systems, and ensuring our investments drive meaningful outcomes for dental practices across the U.S. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, customer success, support, and executive leadership to bring differentiated solutions to market on time, at quality, and with measurable adoption and financial impact.

This position will be remote in the United States with up to 20% travel.

What You Will Do

  • Portfolio Leadership & Strategy
    • Own the vision, multi-year strategy, and performance of the Eligibilities product portfolio
    • Define and communicate a compelling roadmap aligned to company objectives, financial targets, and customer outcomes
    • Balance innovation, technical investment, and operational excellence to scale the Eligibilities platform
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers
    • Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and performance standards
    • Coach and mentor PMs to elevate strategic thinking, customer discovery, prioritization rigor, and executive communication
    • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Customer & Market Insight
    • Champion a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and pain points through structured discovery and research
    • Use data, analytics, benchmarking, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions
    • Ensure the voice of the customer is embedded in every stage of the product lifecycle
  • Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions with predictable release cycles and clear success criteria
    • Translate portfolio strategy into actionable quarterly plans with defined milestones, KPIs, and ownership
    • Ensure disciplined prioritization, scope management, and trade-off decisions to protect delivery timelines and maximize impact
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches and revenue realization
    • Drive end-to-end accountability from discovery through post-launch adoption and optimization
    • Proactively identify delivery risks and remove organizational obstacles to maintain momentum
    • Navigate dependencies across business units and influence alignment in a matrixed organization
    • Establish feedback loops that continuously improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes
  • Operational Excellence & Communication
    • Establish durable operating rhythms, governance models, and portfolio review cadences to ensure alignment and transparency
    • Implement metrics-driven product reviews that track delivery predictability, adoption, ROI, and customer value realization
    • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to executive stakeholders with clear recommendations and decision framing
    • Ensure post-launch measurement and continuous optimization are embedded in team workflows
  • Industry Leadership
    • Stay current on Revenue Cycle Management trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics
    • Identify new growth opportunities and partnership models to expand our market leadership
