Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally building internal platforms, APIs, gateways, developer infrastructure, or data systems that support multiple teams.
- Strong technical fluency in distributed systems, service-to-service communication, authentication patterns, APIs, and platform architecture concepts, with the ability to reason about reliability and security tradeoffs.
- Proven ability to define platform strategy and operating models that scale beyond initial experimentation into production-grade infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience leading migrations, consolidations, or standardization efforts across fragmented systems.
- Clear, structured communicator who can influence engineers and stakeholders through data, operational reasoning, and strong product judgment.
- Comfortable driving behavioral change and adoption across multiple teams, balancing enablement with governance.
- Able to operate in ambiguity and impose structure on complex, cross-functional infrastructure initiatives.
- Excited to work in a highly collaborative environment where you partner closely with engineering, data science, AI, and product teams to deliver company-wide impact.
