Primary Responsibilities
- Own the Overall Member Engagement Strategy Across CuraLinc’s Platform and Services
- Lead the Continued Development of a Scalable Lifecycle Engagement Model Spanning Activation, Adoption, and Retention
- Define Strategic Guidance for How and When Engagement Initiatives are Deployed Across Member Segments
- Partner with Product, Client Success, Content, Clinical, Data, and Operations to Align Engagement Priorities with Business Goals
- Translate Behavioral Insights and Performance Data into Clear Engagement Strategies
- Define Success Metrics Tied to Engagement Quality and Progression
- Use Experimentation and Performance Analysis to Refine and Strengthen Engagement Initiatives
- Provide Strategic Support and Insight to Client-Facing Teams as Needed
- Lead and Develop Team Members Responsible for Engagement Execution
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ Years of Experience in Product Growth, Lifecycle Engagement, Member Experience, Digital Health, or Related Fields
- Experience Operating within a B2B2C Environment
- Proven Ability to Design and Lead Strategic Engagement Frameworks
- Strong Understanding of Consumer Behavior and Engagement Principles
- Experience Using Performance Data to Inform Strategy and Optimization
- Experience Influencing Cross-Functional Stakeholders and Aligning Teams Around Shared Priorities
- Client-Facing Experience, Including Presenting Strategy or Performance Insights
- People Management Experience
- Experience in Healthcare, Mental Health, Wellness, or Benefits-Related Environments
- Background in Lifecycle Marketing, Product-Led Growth, or User Engagement Strategy
- Experience Working Closely with Analytics or Data Teams
