Role Description

This role is responsible for leading the Delivery pod, ensuring the platform reaches employers and their employees efficiently, reliably, and at scale. You will define and optimize operational workflows, automate delivery processes, and collaborate closely with engineering, Customer Success, and partner teams to streamline onboarding. The role requires a strategic mindset to scale implementations from high-touch enterprise launches to self-service SMB deployments, while maintaining compliance and performance standards. AI tools will be leveraged daily to enhance productivity, analyze data, and prototype solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings a strong sense of ownership to every initiative.

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform delivery to enterprise and SMB customers.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end delivery workflows, including employer onboarding, census file processing, HRIS integrations, SSO configuration, and partner-specific platform setups.
  • Build scalable, repeatable delivery infrastructure in collaboration with engineering to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Develop clear product briefs, user stories, and specifications to align teams and reduce ambiguity.
  • Establish SLAs, tracking, and reporting for delivery timelines and partner satisfaction.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven capabilities to accelerate delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Partner Success, Sales, and Compliance, to manage multi-stakeholder launches and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, preferably serving enterprise financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling operational systems, delivery pipelines, or implementation infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Process-oriented mindset with expertise in workflow optimization and automation.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery timelines with external partner dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear specifications and present delivery status to executives.
  • Pragmatic decision-maker balancing partner needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
  • AI-enabled: skilled in leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of output.
  • Bonus: experience with census/employee data management, HRIS integrations, self-service onboarding, or regulated financial environments.
