Role Description

Globe Life AO is seeking motivated professionals to join our growing remote team in a client-focused career opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy building strong relationships, providing thoughtful guidance, and developing their professional skills in a flexible environment.

In this role, you will support new and existing clients by providing clear information about available benefit programs and assisting them throughout the enrollment and service process. Daily communication with clients ensures their questions are answered with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

  • Respond promptly to questions, provide follow-up support, and maintain consistent communication with clients.
  • Develop professional relationships that promote long-term client satisfaction and trust.
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Manage appointments efficiently while maintaining productivity in a fully remote work environment.
