Job Description

• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with major retail customers • Act as the primary liaison to ensure strong communication with retail partners • Support and manage Scope’s partnership with the retail broker • Drive the growth of the OPTASE brand’s retail footprint • Identify and secure new retail partnerships • Lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of retail performance • Analyze retail data to monitor performance and track market trends • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and resolution of disputes • Partner with the National Key Account Manager to deliver successful annual reset processes

Job Requirements

Business or Science related degree required
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Key Account Management, preferably within national brick-and-mortar retail
Strong selling skills
Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including category management, merchandising, supply chain, and promotional execution
Experience managing relationships with large national and regional retailers
Familiarity with concept-to-shelf processes, including product launches, planogram resets, and promotional calendars
Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse account stakeholders
Proven ability to analyze retail data and develop effective account plans
Excellent computer literacy with advanced knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
Willingness to travel approximately 25% across the U.S.
