Work Environment:

• Location: Remote, with required travel
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: Standard

This position will be learning KBR's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting. The candidate must have experience in supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field and 5 years experience
• Desire to learn KBR's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with US Government contracting
• Experience supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Prior experience in government or military roles - contracting or operations
