Job Description
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of deep experience in the utilities sector. You understand the bureaucracy, the requirements, and the specific pain points of infrastructure giants.
- 3-6 years in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically managing high-value, complex enterprise relationships in the B2B SaaS or geospatial space.
- You can build strong, strategic relationships with executive stakeholders (C-level and VP-level) and translate technical product capabilities into clear business value.
- You use data to assess customer health, predict churn before it happens, and build bulletproof ROI cases.
- You have the grit to operate autonomously in a new market and the hunger to significantly scale our customers.
- You want to be a cornerstone of a high-growth business, working in total partnership with Sales to win the market.
