- Minimum 1+ year of experience in SaaS sales, presales, or 2+ years in customer-facing post-sales roles.
- Strong understanding of business growth strategies with the ability to advise decision-makers confidently.
- Curiosity and interest in software, AI, and emerging technologies, with a drive to continuously learn and support customer success.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs, with a growth mindset and active pursuit of feedback for self-development.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work across teams to drive results.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and educate both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sales acumen and a seller’s mindset, with formal SaaS sales training considered a plus.
