- Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand benefit needs
- Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
- Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support
- Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
Qualifications
- Background in client service, consulting, or benefits advising (helpful but not required)
- Strong virtual communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professionals
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom, CRM platforms, and cloud-based systems
- Individuals passionate about supporting the veteran community
