Role Description

We are looking for a Travel Customer Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their travel needs, provide excellent service, and ensure every detail of their trip is handled with care. This is a remote position ideal for those passionate about travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Deliver professional customer service through phone, email, and online platforms
