Role Description

This role is designed for a creative leader who will define and execute the visual strategy across integrated marketing campaigns, balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, product marketing, and media specialists to deliver compelling campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, and in-product channels. The Art Director will set the visual tone for creative projects, mentor and manage designers, and ensure all assets adhere to brand standards while driving measurable engagement and conversion. This position thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and creative excellence. You will have the opportunity to shape visual campaigns that influence both aesthetic impact and business results, while guiding a team to reach its full creative potential.

  • Lead concept development and visual execution for marketing campaigns spanning brand, product, and performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, producers, and external partners to deliver on-brand creative across multiple platforms.
  • Translate marketing and product strategies into visually engaging campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Review and approve creative assets to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with design standards.
  • Partner with media and marketing teams to test, iterate, and optimize creative performance.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to design team members, supporting professional growth and development.
  • Manage creative priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs are achieved on schedule.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital innovation, and emerging creative tools to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in art direction or design leadership within advertising, digital product, or entertainment environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and performance-driven creative.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging creative tools (including AI-assisted design).
  • Experience managing and mentoring design teams or freelance creatives.
  • Knowledge of video production, motion principles, typography, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and campaign performance.
  • Experience in igaming, casino, or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
