Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring for critical clinical and technical roles. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will leverage data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires expertise in managing complex searches, building strong stakeholder relationships, and executing efficient hiring processes. You will play a key role in shaping team structures and supporting organizational growth. Autonomy, collaboration, and a passion for people-first hiring are essential to succeed in this role.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, technical, and clinical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, market trends, and compensation considerations.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, building robust talent pipelines.
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to forecast hiring outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Operations, Finance, and People Business Partners to align headcount planning and offer execution.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within applicant tracking systems.
  • Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience while representing the organization externally.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience in healthcare or health-tech recruiting, with physician hiring preferred.
  • Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics to optimize processes and drive hiring outcomes.
  • Strong closing skills, including navigating compensation discussions and competing offers.
