This role involves resolving high-level inquiries and concerns from various sources, including the Governor's office and AHCCCS leadership, by answering calls and adhering to established call center guidelines. Major duties include researching complex case discrepancies, contacting health plans to resolve urgent medical needs, and providing technical assistance to providers regarding billing and eligibility.

This role oversees staff responding to customer, member, provider, assistor, and applicant issues across multiple AHCCCS sources, handling research, resolution, and escalated situations related to all AHCCCS health insurance programs. The supervisor is also responsible for developing and providing staffing training, coordinating interagency efforts, and supporting management in the absence of other leadership.
