Job Description
• Oversee the company’s nationwide portfolio of pet care facilities
• Manage various leasing activities, landlord communications, and property-related data systems
• Ensure lease obligations are met, issues are resolved efficiently
• Assist with facility vendor sourcing and contract management
• First point of contact for lease questions and lease interpretation
• Partner with Legal regarding lease-related legal issues
• Assist with market analyzation and negotiations for new locations
Job Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, Commercial Real estate
- Highly skilled in lease negotiation and site selection
- Ability to travel
- Self-starter, attention to detail, sensitive to notice period deadlines
- Capable of working from home if needed
- Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
- A result driven individual
