• Work cross departmentally to document business requirements, define KPIs, and lead the design and architecture of data workflows across multiple systems to enable organizational level business reporting. • Extract usage-based sales data from various business systems (Hubspot, Workday Financials), databases (Excel, Hosted Projects) and external sources (IHS Market Data) into a BI application to create standardized data models that can be leveraged by non-technical business users to report on key business and financial results (Bookings, Billings, Revenue and Backlog Contribution). • Create self-service reports and dashboards using BI visualization tools with role level security that enable non-technical business users’ access to key financial and operational business results. • Build, maintain and continuously improve our IR KPI Dashboard. • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across contracting, forecasting and deal execution workflows. • Document existing “as is” processes and make recommendations to automate, enhance and streamline manual workflows. • Be the subject matter expert on data orchestration and workflows across various system.
