Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting
- 7+ years of progressive people leadership experience
- Proven experience operating at organizational leadership level (managing senior engineers and/or managers)
- Demonstrated success implementing and scaling OKR-based execution frameworks
- Strong background in: Full-stack engineering and API-driven architecture, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and observability, Distributed systems and scalable service design
- Experience leading multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

This senior technical authority role involves leading enterprise technical engagements nationwide, guiding executives through solution architecture, security models, and deployment strategies to accelerate deal closure. The consultant will architect complex, end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning Company platforms, cloud services, and customer IT ecosystems while identifying and mitigating technical risks.
