Role Description
The Logitech People & Culture, Ethics, and Compliance Team plays a crucial role in fostering an ethical and inclusive workplace environment across the organization. We focus on ensuring that employees understand and align with company values, ethical standards, and compliance expectations. As a People and Culture Intern, you will support key initiatives and help strengthen our team’s mission to build inclusive cultural practices and uphold compliance standards. The role is designed to provide exposure to a wide range of topics, including:
- Organization of the case management system
- Policy review
- Research for potential policy and process audits
- Employee training support
- Data analysis on workforce engagement trends
You will report to the Lead People & Culture Ethics & Compliance Partner and collaborate with team members across various departments, including Legal Compliance.
Your Contributions:
- Drive end-to-end project management for key compliance initiatives, from initial risk assessment and stakeholder collaboration to final policy implementation and audit support.
- Ability to collaborate with team members across various departments.
- Risk assessment assistance to help identify emerging ethics or compliance risks with teams under the within People & Culture or areas identified through investigations.
- Audit planning support by helping create audit checklists aligned with internal policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct research and review company data to support new internal initiatives and recommendations.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in organization, time management, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Research and analyze capabilities for reviewing policy documents and interpreting workforce data.
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and an interest in developing innovative approaches to engage employees on ethics and compliance topics.
Requirements
- Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Ethics, Organizational Psychology, or other related field entering into their Junior or Senior year.

- This position offers an hourly rate typically between $23.00 - $24.00 per hour, commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled.
