  • Establish vision and create business plans for new solutions within the vertical, set strategic direction, and ensure adjustments to the plan as necessary throughout the fiscal year to ensure achievement of goals.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete reports to management on the progress and state of the team's activities.
  • Engage and leverage effective relationships with internal resources and industry partners to create opportunities and drive further adoption of Panasonic strategic solutions.

Scope

  • Provide accountabilities and objectives for each direct report that clearly outline performance expectations; update and communicate enhancements to accountabilities and objectives as required.
  • Regularly accompany direct reports in the field to provide support, leadership, and education; deliver immediate feedback to direct reports as required relative to their performance.
  • Provide ongoing training opportunities to all direct reports in an effort to enhance individual skill levels and performance.
  • Regularly monitor the progress of each direct report, effectively and promptly communicate opportunities for improvement, and assist direct reports in creating their individual vertical solution growth and go-to-market plans.
  • Delegate authority to encourage personal growth, and identify and develop future management from within the team.

Business Management

  • Responsible for achievement of the team's business plan through execution of the plan and control of expenditures.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Mobility Solutions portfolio and own the growth of various lines of business through a matrixed approach of influence via channel, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Act as the go-to expert at Panasonic for clearing solution expansion roadblocks internally and guiding teams through problem solving and conflict resolution with sales and channel teams.
  • Work closely with the product, marketing, and vertical sales teams to discuss partnerships, solutions, and go-to-market strategies needed for the expansion of solution revenue.
  • Leverage a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools to support the business analytics and presentations required of the role.
  • Continuously identify potential solutions Panasonic can develop to strengthen the organization across specific vertical markets.
  • Maintain proficiency in current CRM tools and coach the entire team on their effective usage.
