Role Description
The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key HCP partners and influential individuals within Hematology/Oncology, through strategic collaborations and marketing initiatives. Key duties include:
- Researching potential KOLs in both Academic and Community settings
- Developing engagement strategies
- Negotiating partnership terms
- Tracking campaign performance
- Maintaining ongoing communication with key influencers
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent required preferably in Marketing, Science, Business Administration or other similar degree; an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience is required
- Strong scientific acumen and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance
- Creative thinking to develop engaging P2P collaboration concepts
- Knowledge of industry trends and target audience demographics
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Self-starter with initiative
- Strong strategic and tactical planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
- Understanding of compliance environment in pharmaceutical promotions
- Flexibility to travel 50-70% of the time
