• Administer and govern enterprise workflow platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) to ensure consistent and scalable use across teams • Design and maintain structured workflows, templates, intake processes, and automations that support efficient project execution • Triage workflow requests and partner with teams to recommend scalable solutions aligned with enterprise standards • Develop dashboards and reporting that provide leadership visibility into resourcing, capacity, project dependencies, and operational performance • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and streamline operational processes • Support integration of workflow platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, finance) to improve operational visibility • Partner with business units and corporate departments to implement standardized workflows and improve cross-team coordination • Provide training, documentation, and guidance to support platform adoption and effective usage • Serve as administrator for Agiloft CLM, supporting system configuration, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements • Configure and maintain contract workflows, approval processes, templates, clause libraries, field configurations, and business rules • Support the full contract lifecycle including intake, review, approvals, amendments, renewals, and execution tracking • Document contract management processes and support testing and rollout of system enhancements • Evaluate opportunities for automation and emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled workflows, that improve contract operations and execution
