Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or a related role in precision diagnostics or life sciences.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong understanding of oncology diagnostics and liquid biopsy technologies.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating scientific concepts into commercial opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for product innovation and customer success.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to engage partners and attend key industry events.
