Role Description
Assist NNSA/DOE/National Lab Program Director with cost controls, forecasting, expensing, and invoicing.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
- Expense report approvals
- Invoice reviews/annotations/corrections
- Monthly reports
- Burn rate analysis
- Forecasting
- Help on bids reviewing pricing team’s work
- CDR actions for modifications to contracts
- Oversight of remaining funding each month/requests for more funding
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in complex invoicing and expense report requirements
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in burn rate analysis and forecasting
