Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Product Owner, Delivery to drive predictable and high-quality outcomes across multiple agile teams. This role blends release train execution with product operations rigor, ensuring that strategy translates into reliable delivery and measurable value. You will orchestrate planning, execution, and release cadence while aligning product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders. The position requires strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on cross-team alignment, risk management, and operational excellence. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in tools like Azure DevOps and Product Plan, ensuring accurate reporting, governance, and process improvement. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Lead agile delivery and release execution, driving predictable end-to-end outcomes and resolving risks or dependencies.
  • Translate product strategy into execution plans and delivery roadmaps while aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, QA, and business teams.
  • Govern Azure DevOps boards, ensuring epics and features align with strategy, roadmaps, and release schedules.
  • Serve as system owner for Product Plan, defining standards, best practices, and cross-tool alignment to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
  • Build dashboards and metrics to monitor delivery health, progress, and risks, providing a single source of truth for leadership reporting.
  • Facilitate pre-planning, go/no-go decisions, and release readiness for major launches.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in agile delivery, product operations, or program management, with 3+ years leading multiple agile teams in a scaled environment.
  • Proven experience managing tools such as Azure DevOps and Product Plan.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence.
  • Experience tracking and reporting outcome-based metrics for delivery health and performance.
  • Preferred: familiarity with scaled agile frameworks, portfolio management, and governance of large releases.
