- Develop and execute multi-year Food & Beverage category strategies aligned with business growth, venue needs, and market trends.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFPs, supplier selection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with stakeholders and legal.
- Build and manage high-performing supplier partnerships, monitoring performance across cost, quality, service, and compliance metrics.
- Influence and advise Operations, Culinary, Finance, and venue leadership, translating operational needs into scalable sourcing solutions.
- Drive supplier inclusion, sustainability, and ESG objectives, aligning procurement practices with corporate purpose and community impact.
- Leverage procurement technology and analytics to track category performance, savings, and supplier metrics, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives, championing best practices in category management, sourcing, and supplier governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management, with significant exposure to Food & Beverage categories.
- Proven track record leading category strategies across complex, multi-site or enterprise sourcing initiatives.
- Strong commercial, financial, and negotiation skills, including experience managing high-value agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption in decentralized or matrixed environments.
- Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa), supplier diversity programs, ESG initiatives, and procurement innovation.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze spend, track savings, and make informed recommendations.
