The Electrical Inspector will perform plan reviews and inspections on all types of buildings during construction to ensure compliance with applicable codes, laws, and regulations, enforcing the National Electrical Code and state code. This role also involves communicating code requirements to the public and contractors, and investigating cases of non-compliance.

The primary purpose of this role is to audit and resolve retirement pension account data to ensure accurate pension benefits are paid to members of the Public Employees Retirement System. This involves reviewing accounts against governing standards and coordinating data reconciliation by gathering missing information from member employers.
