These are fully remote positions—work from anywhere in North Carolina.
- Work directly with employees whose careers and livelihoods are on the line
- Take on meaningful legal work immediately—no bench-warming, no busywork
- Advocate for workers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage cases
- Collaborate with a high-energy team that takes employee rights seriously

- Draft pleadings
- Handle discovery
- Take depositions
- Participate in trials
- Evaluate discrimination, sexual harassment, FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination cases
- Negotiate settlements
- Communicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate screenings and consultations
Qualifications
- Must have Juris Doctorate
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in NC or awaiting NC bar results
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate empathy
- Must possess the ability to multitask using advanced time management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work
Requirements
- Employment law experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communicators who connect easily with clients
- Empathy, grit, and a genuine drive to fight for people who need help
