This is a continuous application pool for temporary, part-time, non-tenure track teaching positions within the Education Leadership Programs, which offer graduate degrees (EdD & MEd) and administrator certificates. Positions may become available throughout the academic year and summer quarter, typically filled on a quarterly basis.

The attorney will collaborate within a team environment to offer legal counsel to organizations responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, which includes gathering necessary information and directing external experts. Responsibilities also involve communicating with regulatory bodies and law enforcement while advising clients throughout the investigation process.

Partners will provide legal counsel to organizations responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, overseeing Associates in information gathering, expert engagement, compliance assurance, and regulatory communication. This role requires serving as the primary client contact throughout the investigation and participating in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis management support outside normal business hours.

The primary function is to handle all assigned litigation and other legal matters for the company and its policyholders, which includes case analysis, motion preparation, discovery, depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. This role involves defending litigation throughout New York and potentially New Jersey, requiring travel for case appearances and meetings.
